FAQ

  • Which TKH locations offer catering?
    We are based in Sanur and kerobokan to all locations within Bali.
  • How do I order?
    Submit an email via our contact form and we will endeavour to get back to you within one to two business days. Alternatively, give us a call or Whatsapp us at +6281338897784
  • Do you offer free delivery?
    We do, please provide us with your complete address, and due to the nature of traffic and often complicated addresses on the island, we would appreciate a map location pin sent to us too, if possible!
  • How do I confirm my order?
    Once you have placed your order and it has been reviewed by our team, we'll send you an invoice. Once your deposit has been made, your order is confirmed.
  • What types of payment do you accept?
    All our payments are conducted electronically. We will send you an invoice which gives you the option to pay via bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    Cancellations happen. However, we would appreciate a fortnight's notice in advance so that we can reschedule your catering job.
  • Do you cater for specific dietary requirements?
    Yes, absolutely! Most people request either gluten free, dairy free, or vegan meals, however we can tailor a menu for your needs. Ensure you communicate your food requirements clearly when you enquire about your event. We have an in house nutritionist who would be happy to consult with you about your food needs prior to booking your event.
  • Do you provide utensils and plates for each order?
    Yes, but the type of plates and cutlery we use depends on the size and nature of your event. For smaller events we will use recyclable Indonesian wooden woven plates with banana leaves on top. For larger events (fifty people or more), we will use ceramic tableware.
  • Do I need to tip your staff?
    There is no need to tip any of our staff. All costs are included in your invoice.
